In the first half of 2014, existing home sales in Mississauga improved substantially. In the first half, according to the Toronto Real Estate Board, more than 10,310 residential resale units were transacted - up from the 9,997 units sold during the period last year. At the same time, prices of residential units increased by 4.4 per cent to an average of approximately $482,000.
The increase in sales and the increase in value both speak to the importance of a certified home inspection for buyers in Mississauga - there's simply more at stake. A house inspection is the most prudent way to ensure that the buyer gets a good value in a home purchase.
Holley Home Inspections services home buyers and sellers throughout greater Mississauga and offers both condo inspections and Tarion inspections in addition. Infrared inspections are also available.
